Inhiben la polimerización de la TUBULINA en los MICROTÚBULOS, bloqueando y deteniendo la formación de células del raquis en la METAFASE. Son uno de los más útiles AGENTES ANTINEOPLÁSICOS. Una clase de alcaloides del género de hierbas apocianáceas incluyendo la vincapervinca. Son algunos de los agentes antineoplásicos más útiles.
